Our Mission

Our mission is to harness technology, education, research and innovation to create opportunities, strengthen digital skills and resilience, and build more inclusive, responsible and participatory digital communities globally

Who Are We

JournoTECH Hub CIC is a UK Community Interest Company using technology, education, research and innovation to build more inclusive and responsible digital communities globally.

We work at the intersection of technology and society, developing practical programmes that help people and communities access technology, build digital skills, understand emerging technologies, and participate more confidently in an increasingly digital world.

Our work spans responsible AI and technology, digital inclusion and accessibility, cybersecurity and digital resilience, technology education and skills development, research and innovation, public-interest information and journalism, and technology-related environmental work.

We believe meaningful change happens through collaboration. We therefore work with communities, young people, researchers, universities, charities, journalists, educators, technology professionals and other legally registered organisations to develop and deliver training, research, community programmes and practical technology initiatives.

We are building a collaborative hub where technology, knowledge and people come together to create positive social impact.
